By accessing, browsing, registering an account, downloading technical assets, or submitting a project or product enquiry through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
02 B2B & Commercial Lighting Scope
TeknoLite Official Store designs, manufactures, and supplies professional architectural, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and outdoor LED lighting luminaires. Our digital platform is primarily intended for architects, lighting designers, MEP consultants, interior designers, electrical contractors, corporate buyers, and authorized channel partners.
Important Notice: Product listings on this website constitute an invitation to submit a technical enquiry or request for quotation (RFQ) and do not constitute a binding offer for immediate retail sale unless explicitly confirmed in a formal written Proforma Invoice or Purchase Order confirmation issued by TeknoLite Official Store.
03 Product Specifications, Photometrics & Tolerances
While TeknoLite Official Store makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of technical data, product dimensions, cut-out sizes, photometric files (IES/LDT), and visual representations published on this website, continuous R&D and LED chip advancements may result in specification updates without prior notice.
- Manufacturing & Optical Tolerances: Luminous flux (lumens), system wattage, efficacy, and correlated color temperature (CCT) values are subject to standard industry testing tolerances of $\pm 7\%$ to $\pm 10\%$ at an ambient temperature of $25^\circ\text{C}$.
- Color Rendering & Binning: LEDs are binned within strict MacAdam Step (SDCM) parameters; however, minor chromaticity variations across separate production batches may occur.
- Installation Verification: Contractors and project teams must verify physical luminaire cut-out dimensions against actual supplied samples or approved submittal drawings prior to ceiling or site fabrication.
- Product Imagery: Product photographs and 3D renders are for illustrative purposes. Actual housing finishes, reflectors, and accessories may vary based on the selected SKU configuration.
04 Project Enquiries, Quotations & Order Acceptance
When you submit a product enquiry, wishlist RFQ, or bill of quantities (BOQ) through our website:
- Quotation Validity: Formal commercial quotations issued by our sales engineering team are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise on the quotation document.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Luminaires: Orders involving customized wattages, bespoke RAL powder-coat finishes, DALI/Casambi/Triac dimming drivers, emergency conversion kits, or non-standard beam angles cannot be cancelled or modified once production has commenced.
- Order Confirmation: An order is deemed binding only upon written acceptance of your Purchase Order by TeknoLite Official Store and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
05 Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms
All prices communicated via official quotations or proposals are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), freight, transit insurance, octroi, or special site-handling charges unless explicitly specified in writing.
- Applicable GST and statutory levies shall be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of invoicing.
- Standard B2B payment milestones, credit terms (if approved), or advance mobilization terms shall be governed by the respective Proforma Invoice or Master Supply Agreement.
- TeknoLite Official Store reserves the right to withhold dispatch or suspend warranty support in the event of overdue invoices.
06 Manufacturing Lead Times, Shipping & Delivery
Estimated dispatch timelines depend on product series, order volume, and driver/customization requirements.
- Delivery Schedules: Dispatch dates are estimates communicated in good faith. TeknoLite Official Store shall not be liable for liquidated damages or consequential project delays caused by force majeure, supply-chain disruptions, customs clearance, or third-party logistics carriers.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Buyers must inspect delivered consignments immediately upon arrival. Any visible transit damage or quantity shortage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and reported in writing to TeknoLite Official Store within 48 hours of delivery.

- The warranty period is as specified in the project invoice or official product datasheet from the date of invoice.
- Luminaires must be installed by qualified licensed electricians strictly in accordance with TeknoLite Official Store installation manuals, specified IP ratings, and local electrical codes.
- Warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from voltage surges, improper wiring, unauthorized luminaire modification, incompatible dimmers, extreme thermal environments, or mechanical misuse.
- For approved warranty claims, TeknoLite Official Store will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component or luminaire (ex-works/factory basis, excluding site dismantling, scaffolding, or re-installation labor).
